
Facilitators are introduced to one another to a form a local team, and decide when and where they would like to meet — either online or in person at an agreed venue. Our Hubs provides guidance and support to help each facilitator formation and promote activities in their area.
When two or more volunteers come together as facilitators, they are registered by Our Hubs administration. With their agreement, their names and photographs may be featured on their local website, helping people in their district/suburb to get to know them. Volunteer facilitators simply complete a short, basic application form, which is available below. facilitators are playing a lead role in community preparations and various ventures.

Once your application has been received, you will be sent an OurHubs Facilitator Guide outlining how to get involved, participate in gatherings, and support local promotion and community-building activities.
