Facilitators
In order to support each core hub and the districts that surrounds it, facilitators are essential. They facilitate trade, improve ties within the community, and direct the establishment of local venture organizations. These volunteers that are either directly chosen by their local hub communities or connected to social service organizations serve as facilitators. Give & Take
Time Sharing of Skills (Time Banking) Time sharing of skills, often called time banking, is a community-based system where people exchange services using time as the currency rather than money. One hour of service earns one time credit, regardless of the type of skill provided. These credits can then be used to receive services from other members.
